These terms govern merchant use of Chimeback.
The service
Chimeback provides a merchant-controlled shortcut for preparing a WhatsApp message from an abandoned checkout. Chimeback does not send messages automatically and does not guarantee that a checkout will be recovered.
Merchant responsibility
The merchant decides who to contact and what to send. The merchant is responsible for applicable consent, marketing, privacy, consumer-protection, and WhatsApp requirements, including honoring opt-outs.
Acceptable use
Do not use Chimeback for spam, deception, harassment, unlawful marketing, or messages that misrepresent the merchant or checkout.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Shopify, browser, device, and WhatsApp availability may affect operation.
Pricing
Chimeback is free to use. No subscription or usage fees are charged for its current features.
